Lemon Garlic Tilapia

4 tiplapia
1-2 T butter
Melt butter in fry pan.  Fry tilapia 2-3 minutes on each side (until it flakes in thickest part).
Remove fish from pan and keep warm.
Add 1-2 tsp garlic, minced and cook 1min.
Add 1-2 T lemon juice and 1 cup chicken broth.  Add parsley and Salt and pepper to taste.
Boil until reduced by 1-2 -3/4
Pour sauce over tilapia
