1 1/2 c. pine nuts
1 c. macadamia nuts, soaked several hours, drained
1+ cup water (chicken or vegetable broth work too)
3 cloves garlic
2 T lemon juice
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne
2 tsp. pink Himalayan salt
Puree in BlendTec until smooth (adding water to achieve desired consistency)
