10 oz. bag spinach, steamed just until wilted
handful of basil leaves
1/2 c. pine nuts
2 T olive oil
1 tomato
2 cloves garlic
optional: 1/4 c. parmesan
1/2 tsp sea salt
freshly ground pepper to taste
Puree all in BlendTec. I use this on pasta, and as a spread for sandwiches
