Agave Marshmellows

1 c. agave
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 tsp. vanilla
6 T water, cold
1/4 tsp. salt

dissolve gelatin in water and add agave.  Microwave 30 sec.  Beat for 10-15 minutes until thick.  Put flour on cookie sheet, Pour marshmellows on--let cool and cut into squares
