Flax and Oat French Bread/Whole Wheat Bread

1/4In Kitchen Aid Mixer put:
4 cups warm water
1 1/2 T yeast
1/4 c. agave
1/2 T salt
1/4 c. olive oil
2 c. oats
1/4 c. ground flax seeds
1/2 c. oat bran or wheat germ
5 c. whole wheat flour
4 -5 c. unbleached flour
Knead for 10 minutes.  Let dough rest on counter for 10 minutes.  Divide into 4 equal portions, and either put into a loaf pan, or divide into 3 more equal portions and braid, and put on pan with cornmeal.  Mix 1 egg with 1 T water in small bowl, and brush mixture on loaves.  Sprinkle with flax/sesame/poppy seeds.  Let rise in cold oven 20 minutes, then turn on oven to 350 degrees and set timer for 40 min.  Removed when golden brown.
